About Me
Hi, I’m Lacey.
(And yes, this is a safe space to vent about the hard stuff.)
After 13+ years leading HR and People Operations across fast-paced tech, legal, commercial real estate, and hospitality, I’ve sat on both sides of the table, as an executive scaling organizations and as the solo People Director in the trenches.
I know what it feels like to carry the weight of an entire company’s operational mess. For business leaders, it’s watching scale-up chaos drain your time and profits. For HR leaders, it’s being expected to act as a therapist, legal expert, executive coach, and software wizard, while sitting in the "loneliest job in the room" without a single confidential outlet (besides your pets who seems to be terrible conversationalists).
I built this practice to be the trusted advisor, strategic co-pilot, and operational architect I always wished companies had on speed dial.
Whether you are a founder scaling past 50 employees, a newly promoted HR head, or a seasoned People Director, I help you navigate the complex stuff:
Confidential Executive Advisory: A safe, politics-free space for founders and HR leaders to talk through sensitive executive dynamics, employee relations issues, and high-stakes decisions.
Operational Problem-Solving: Untangling messy workplace friction, designing compensation structures, and turning scale-up chaos into clear, confident growth.
Practical Infrastructure & Toolkits: Equipping teams and managers with turnkey frameworks, clean software deployments, and automated compliance so you aren't building from scratch.
I combine an MBA with 13+ years of real-world HR leadership. Whether you need a fractional CPO to align your org structure, an empathetic sounding board for your solo HR lead, or clean backend software so your team can actually take a vacation, I’ve got your back.
When I’m not digging into software integrations or compensation math, you can usually find me in Boise or exploring the Oregon coast with my husband and our two giant, ridiculously fluffy dogs.
Tired of holding the operational line all by yourself? Let’s partner up.
